Project Young Mamas
Project Young Mamas is new to the village hall.
We spoke to owner Natalie Young to find out more!
In a couple of sentences, what is your club/society all about?
Project Young Mamas is a supportive, fun fitness class for pre and postnatal mums, focusing on safely rebuilding core strength, pelvic floor health, and confidence. Our classes also provide a friendly space to meet other mums and share the journey of motherhood.
Who is your group for?
Pre/postpartum mums and babies.
When and where do you usually meet at Much Hadham Village Hall?
Every Wednesday, 10:00 am - 10:50 am.
How long has your club/society been running, and how long have you been at the Village Hall?
We are very new and have only been running for a few weeks, but due to popular demand at our Thorley class, we have had to find extra days/venues for the class. We will be coming to Much Hadham on 25th February.

What can someone expect if they come along for the first time?
At the beginning of each block, everyone introduces themselves and their babies to the group, and over the following classes/week,s we get to know each other better. Post-class coffee is very much encouraged!

Do people need to book in advance, or can they just turn up?
Blocks are booked in advance.
Is there a membership fee or session cost?
£45 in total for the full 6-week block.

What do your members say they enjoy most about being part of your group?
Being able to work out at their own pace in a supportive environment with their babies. Meeting other mums. Feeling more confident and revitalised.
