Cutting Our Energy Use
We’ve been making steady improvements to reduce energy use at the hall.
All lighting is now LED for lower running costs.
We’ve installed HIVE controls on the central heating for smarter scheduling.
There’s also a warm air heater at the front entrance (often called an air curtain) to reduce heat loss when the door is in use.
New Sound System
Our sound system has been upgraded. It’s clearer, more reliable, and much easier to use.

New Fridge
We’ve replaced the old fridge with a brand-new one in the kitchen.
Roof Repairs
Essential roof repairs have now been finished.
Leaking sections have been fixed and tiles replaced where needed.
This should improve insulation and keep the hall warmer and drier through winter.
